Transfer Chances?

I am currently attending a community college in New York and live in CT. I was wondering if you could suggest some schools I would be able to get into. Here is a little about me:

Current college GPA: 3.6
This semester I got a 4.0 while working 55 hours a week. I have all A’s, 3 A’s and a B+ and a C+ in Spanish because I hate it!
High School GPA: 2.7 or 8, very low!
SAT: Critical Reading – 430, Math – 420, and Writing – 410! I never realize how horrible I did, well then again I never cared.

More background: I am a property manager of an independent living facility, will be able to write a kick as essay (one of my new strengths), I tutor, and have been told by professors to come to them for recommendations. One of my professors teaches at Marist College and he told me he would give me an internship.

Unfortunately my plan is to still work in my current position so I’m looking at just Sacred Heart, Fairfield University, Mount Saint Mary College, and Central Connecticut State University.

I would like to know my chances at the above schools and also at a top business school.

If you’re familiar with the organization DECA, at the international competition I got 2nd place, is that still relevant considering I’m looking into business?

Will I ever have a chance at Yale, Bentley, Babson, Fordham, or another top college?

Should I retake the SATs?
