<p>Could you tell me the chances of transferring from a community college to an in state school ranked around 40 on the US News list?</p>
<p>high school SAT scores:
M: 650
CR: 640
W: 440 (writing did not count at that time so I didn't try too hard)</p>
<p>College GPA: 2.5 (very low but I explain this in my essay and it is around 3.00 only considering the last few quarters)</p>
<p>Assume my essay is around 80th percentile.</p>
