I applied to transfer for Fall quarter, and I'm still waiting to hear back. I was wondering what people think my chances are.

I'm in state (transferring from WSU).

My SAT score was 2050, but I guess that isn't too important for transfers.

My GPA at WSU was kind of low: 2.81. I took Running Start, so if you count those classes, my GPA is 3.1.

For extracurricular stuff, I was on my residence hall's government, and I was part of an improv group.

So, what do you think my chances are?

the more college credits you have the less they look at your high school record and SAT score. 2050 is actually pretty good. Are you transferring as a sophomore or a junior? it also depends on your reason to transfer and your preparation in your intended major. For admissions higher priority goes to community college students with 90 credits, it’s a little more difficult for students coming from 4 year universities, but it is still possible. You probably already know all this… I’m looking to transfer to UW eventually, too. Let me know how it works out for you.
