Transfer Chances

Hey I am going to apply to some top schools and was going to ask what my chances are of getting in.

UPenn
Johns Hopkins University
Cornell University
Northwestern University
Georgetown University (legacy, my father went there)
Vanderbilt University
Swarthmore college
Tufts University
Boston College
Boston University
University of Florida (safety school)

I am Community College student in Florida by the end of my fall semester I should have a 3.92 GPA (only one B) with 36 credits completed
Chairperson of Community Service for Student Government
Vice President of Scholarships for PTK (honors society)
I am also in the multicultural club, and environmental club
Extensive charity work in third world countries
I am the son of a Diplomat and have a great essay about traveling around the world,
I have one minor issue though I have not completed very advanced math classes which I will be doing college algebra in spring and calculus in summer (should have taken them before, I know....)
I am also thinking of submitting my midterm grades by asking my teachers to sign the grades I have mid point in my spring semester. Also is reapplying if rejected when I have more credits for the spring semester okay, will increase your chances of getting in? Is it looked at as determination.

Any help would be great thanks
