Transfer Choices

Hey,

I am currently a sophomore at Florida State University (FSU). I like the university a lot, but am recently starting to regret picking a school for fun/partying over future opportunities. Don't get me wrong, I am doing extremely well, but I feel like I could have picked a better school to allow me to attain a more "successful" lifestyle further down the road(and if you ask me, yes my definition of success is making money).
I was thinking about transferring, but I am not quite sure how high quality of schools I can get into even with a very impressive resume and transcript simply due to the fact that academically FSU isn't very high up on the college hierarchy. I currently have a 4.0 GPA, am treasurer of my Fraternity, and am in the Economics club, Society of Accountants, Investment Club, all of which I hold executive positions in. As for High School, I had a 3.5 GPA (I know not too great) with a 770 on SAT math, a 700 on SAT English, and a combined score of 2210. I was also involved in many clubs/sports, with about five 5's on AP exams (statistics, APUSH, comp sci, calc, physics).
What are my chances of getting into a moderately high tier school if I write a killer essay? How high can I expect to reach? Michigan? Northwestern? Should I try retake some of the tests (I am sure I would do much better on SAT's now)? Please let me know-

bump- anyone? an opinion would be greatly appreciated
