Hello all! I’m back from my temporary summer sabbatical lol. I needed a break badly. I’m not gonna lie, I hated every single class I took this semester. I desperately needed to relax away from school and school-related forums :). However, my addiction has brought me back to my favorite forum, and alas…here I am lol.

Anyway, I’m definitely proud to be a Bear! Spring admit or not, I’m very happy to be a part of such an exciting and diverse community. “A tradition of untraditional excellence”. I’m sure there are many of us that can relate to this Berkeley-borne quote too.

As for the 60-unit situation, I’m almost certain that if you have 70 done, you’ll need 50 more to graduate. I mean you can max at 80 for graduation credit at CCC, and all of them, pending UC-transferrability, will count towards your 120 units necessary to graduate. I’ve never heard otherwise.

Anyway guys, I’m glad to see so many of us attending and, more importantly, excited about going to Cal! I’ll be starting at summer session in 2 weeks!! Go Bears!

I’m transfering to Berkeley in the Spring of 2011. I’m a little dissappointed about being a Spring admit but I am really thankful to have been accepted to such a great establishment. Two years ago I would have never guessed that I would be going UC Berkeley. I am honored and excited to be a Cal Bear.

As a Spring Admit I have been searching for answers, alternatives during the summer and fall, and calling my advisors. I’ve learned a lot on my own and with the help of my admissions advisor. If any other spring admits have a question, feel free to message me and ask. I have AIM as well. Chances are, I know the answer or we can both work together to find the answer.

@Janethedoe whoo hoo! You picked Cal! (welcome to weeks ago rahrah…)

@emilsinclair9 Good luck in summer school! Tell all about it!
