If classes do not transfer, would they still be included in the GPA at the time of graduation, at any university? I’m well aware that all classes would be included in the gpa to transfer in general, but at graduation when the transfer gpa and university gpa are combined, would those classes that do not transfer be included in this combined gpa still?
Each institution sets its own policy about this kind of thing. You need to ask each of them.
I can’t imagine any reason why a college or university would put classes on your transcript and include the credits and grades in your GPA calculation, but consider those classes as not having transferred. However, it is entirely possible that some college or university out there might do just exactly that crazy-sounding thing.
