My daughter is going to be transferring colleges and one of the colleges she applied to is requesting a transfer college report. I know her college sent out her official transcript. Is this report different? Do you think we get it from the registrars office of the college she is transferring out of? The other colleges she applied to did not have this as a request. Thanks for any help!
If you applied to this school through Common App, it may be this document:

This document can be found on the Common App website. It’s to be completed by a registrar/school official with full access to your daughter’s grades.
Just to make sure, you should call the institution in question and ask.
