Transfer Colleges within Cornell

<p>When I first applied ED I felt like Human Development(Human Ec) was the right major for me but lately I have been thinking that biological engineering(CALS) suits me a lot more. I just wanted to know how hard inter-college transfer is ?</p>

<p>Can anyone tell me the difference b/w bio-engineering in CALS vs bio-engineering in College of Engineering?
I am a NY state applicant and I would save more than 10 grand if I choose CALS…</p>
