<p>So, I have a few points of confusion:</p>
<p>I am currently studying in a US university as an international student, but I finished high school in another country. I am applying to transfer to other colleges. </p>
<p>1) All the school forms need to be submitted offline, but I'm not sure how to do it all: do I print these out and bring them to my professors or mail the forms to them? How do I ask for these forms to be sent to the institutions I'm applying to? How do I send additional letters of recommendation?</p>
<p>2) The School Report kind of scares me, since the school system in my country is entirely different and my counselor's English isn't great. The recommendation for freshman admission was easy to acquire since I got it from my English teacher, but the school report.. Would that be okay if I translated the form myself and gave it to my counselor to fill out, then translated it back and mailed it myself? (I can pay a translator to do it for me, even though that would be expensive, but not sure if it would make a difference since I only need to mail the School Report by itself) I AM aware that applicants are not supposed to handle these forms at all, but my teacher/counselor does not have enough English knowledge to fill the report out and she will definitely refuse to spend time on mailing them and it would be a disaster if I don't get these in just because I finished high school in another country. I know that my way of solving this problem may seem ridiculous, but I am desperate to transfer out of my current uni so please help.</p>
