Transfer Cooper Union, Rutgers, Stevens, NJIT, and others

Hi, I was kicked out from my old college due to poor job performance at an internship (even though I tried really hard at it; and yes, I will be honest and include this in my app) so and it's too late to transfer for the spring so I'm planning to take courses at a community college over the summer and then apply for next fall.

So here are my stats:
Asian female
Attended regular public high school
High school GPA (unweighted, out of 4): 3.03
High school class rank: Top 50%
SAT scores (CR, M, W): 600, 800, 670 (2070 total)
ACT composite score: 30
College GPA (unweighted, out of 4): 3.22
College class rank: Bottom 50% but closer to the middle
Intended major: Engineering

Since I'm an engineering major, colleges might look at my math, chemistry, and physics grades more...so here they are:

HIGH SCHOOL
Algebra 2 - B
Geometry - D+
Statistics Honors - D
Chemistry - B-
Pre-Calculus/Trig - D+
Physics 1 - A-
Physics 2 - B+
Calculus - A-

I know my high school grades weren't so hot, I only had one honors class (Statistics but got a D) and no APs.

COLLEGE
Mathematics I - A
Chemistry I - B
Physics I - A
Programming With Applications - B

No honors classes in college.

Extracurriculars:
Club swimming 9th and 10th grades
Research intern during my summer between 11th and 12th grade, did research on traumatic brain injury
Sailing in college

Recoms: Pretty good I guess
Essays/ Essay questions: Not so good, I kinda rushed especially for Cooper's questions

I have applied/am applying to:

Cooper Union - Accepted and planning to attend if I don't get into anywhere else (don't ask how I got in, I have wondered that too)
Rutgers - New Brunswick - Rejected
Rutgers - Newark - Accepted
Stevens - Pending
NJIT - Accepted
Duke - Will apply if I have a decent chance

Chance me for Stevens and Duke please.
Also, if I hadn't told you I got into Cooper, what would my chances have been for that?
