Transfer Course Requirements

I am currently a sophomore at a community college and I am looking to transfer to another University.I am looking at some schools out of state that are pretty competitive, I am a pretty strong candidate for those schools. However they have Macroeconomics as a required course before I go into the school, I am worried that even though I meet a lot of the requirements I won’t get in because I haven’t taken Macro yet. However last year at my previous school ( I went to a 4 year school as a Freshman) I took International Economics which is similar to Macro and I was set to take Macro and Micro next year (2015-2016) however since I transferred to my community college I had to fulfill certain course requirements like Public Speaking, Lifetime Wellness, and Financial Accounting. I’m taking Micro right now and I plan to take Macro in the summer, do you think the colleges will take that into consideration and not hold that against me since I’ll technically be taking Macro before I enroll into any school. They just say that you need to take it before enrolling but never say anything of it has to be along with a traditional academic year or course load.

I am really worried that just because I haven’t taken that class that they won’t even look at my application. Do you think I am fine applying? Am I just overreacting?
