<p>I know that transfer credit does not affect gpa, but does transfer credit grades appear on the college transcript? I'm asking because I'm taking a college class while in high school, and I'm wondering if the grade will show up on the purdue college transcript when I apply for jobs and such. Basically I'm wondering if I have to even try in my college class lol</p>
<p>You actually answered your own question. Your GPA is based on the letter grade (and it’s point value) you got in the class. So, since transfer class and credits do not affect your GPA, just add to the amount of credits you have, no, the transfer “grade” won’t show up on your transcript. Only the credit amount will show (but you still have to pass the class, otherwise you don’t get any credit for the class), since you’re just getting credits and not GPA points (no grade=no GPA points).</p>
<p>Yeah I only had the credit transfer except for the letter grade. It really sucks but it makes sense.</p>
