I got an A.S business degree and waiting to hear back from admissions. I applied to RBS Newark and SAS NB. My ultimate goal is to enter Rutgers Business School NB.

Would it be better to gain acceptance at SAS NB and then apply for RBS NB? or get in RBS Newark and then transfer to RBS NB?

Also since I have my AS but I am missing 2 courses from the RBS NB prerequisites, can I take it at a community college and then transfer those along with my AS to Rutgers? or should I just take the RBS prerequisites at Rutgers?

hmm you’re going to be behind either way since you’re missing prereqs. you can probably take them at a comm college; check with rutgers first before you waste your time. You might want to have those done by the time you get to the rbs. I’m going to have to say RBS newark then transfer. at least you’ll be taking business-related courses.

Thanks naoise, I read somewhere that you can only take 60 credits from a CC to Rutgers so I was afraid that in taking the prereqs would negate some of my other general courses. I will have to double check with Rutgers. Thanks!
