A.) So right now I have 66 Hours of (Semester) Credit (28 from a CC and 38 from a 4-year) and I'll probably have 93 Hours of Credit (55 from a CC and 38 from a 4-year), give or take 3 Hours. I know for UT, having over 90 hours of credit is considered a negative for transfer admissions and I was wondering if having 90+ Hours of Credit would also hamper my chances of getting into UVA?

B.) So the average GPA for accepted transfer students is a 3.5. Could anyone take a stab at what might be the average GPAs for OOS students into the CAS?

Gracias

A. well you have to earn 60 credits here so i dont know how great of an option uva is for you at this point in your academic career, why would you want to transfer with over 90 hours? you only have a year left.

B. no clue

So far I've been taking a random mix of classes that interested me with core requirement classes (history, english, math, science, etc...) So although I'll have 90+ hours of credit, only say 6?-75 will be transferable to most of the schools I'm looking at (Emory, Texas A&M, UNC, UT, UVA). Also, I'm in no rush to graduate, so the idea of spending an extra 2 years in college won't discourage me from transferring.
