Transfer Deadlines

<p>So let's say I don't have 30hours by March 1(when most deadlines are for summer/spring) but in about a month I'll have 30hrs due to fall semester, so would it be okay to apply in march and later on in may send in my transcript again letting them know I have enough hours? Or would it be too late?</p>
