I read somewhere that in previous years the transfer decisions came out in waves. Will that still most likely hold true for this year or is April 1st the only date that they are going to release them? Also, I was looking at the data for past acceptances and saw that they usually only accept less than 50% of transfers. I just want to clarify, does that mean the chances of being accepted as a transfer are much more difficult?

Do you know how many applications are normally submitted? Because the less applicants the more likley someone might get in, right?
