HI!
So I went on my My Paw today, and on the homepage it states my name, my proposed entry date, my intended major, and then on Application Status, it says “Admitted”. I sent in my application on March 11th, and I haven’t received an email or letter so I am just curious what this means. Does the admitted part just mean that they received my application? Very confused…I applied for Transfer Admission.

I’m not 100% sure about this because I applied as a freshman but I’m pretty sure the admitted label means you’re in! Many of my friends got a decision on the portal before they got an email or letter so I’d bet my money that you got in

Yes! I don’t know what I am going in as. Do you know how many days it took for your friends to get their letter?
I’m not entirely sure about my friends, but I personally recovered an email the day after I checked myPaw and saw that I was admitted (although I hadnt checked it in a week before that so maybe the decision was posted earlier). Then I got my letter a day about 3-4 days after I got the email
I haven’t gotten an email yet 
But they set up an email for me and I can search for classes and stuff. 
you just reminded me that I had an LMU email account set up I think it’s safe to say you’re in. How’d you access the classes and such?

Did you apply via the Common App or on their website, @cctransfer96? 'Cause I tried to access MyPaw, but could not get in. I’m wondering now if it’s because I applied via the Common App.
I applied via the common app, mine takes a few times to load. Try using Firefox, it doesn’t work on Safari.
would you guys know when we need to commit to LMU by as a transfer student?
also is there a thread for admitted transfer students of LMU for fall 2016?
I believe it’s 2 or 3 weeks after you’ve received the acceptance notification, but I’m not 100% sure. I’ve been looking to see if there’s a thread for Fall 2016, but it’s just for those who applied for Early Action and Spring 2016, @anxiousmac.

According to their website, it says applicants will be notified by May 1st if they’re accepted/denied… So if you heard on May 1st, I would hope you would have longer to consider if you want to commit or not! Are you guys transferring from in state or out of state?
