<p>Hey, I was just wondering if any of you know roughly how long it takes from the time your application gets sent to the college for a "final decision" to actually getting a decision. This waiting's killing me.</p>

<p>oh I heard they may wait until the very last minute to decide. Not sure when the deadline for Spring 2010 applications is, but the decisions will probably be made after that. I applied for Summer 2010 as a transfer so I can definitely relate to the impatience!</p>

<p>Depends what college and major. Mine says that as well, but I am going to have to sign a letter of intent if I do get in and write two essays. That is the first letter sent. Then, after they read your essays and decide, you get your decision letter. It will most likely be a LONG time. I know for Summer/Fall, deadline was Feb. and I got my decision end of May. I am CLAS and Political Science by the way. I am guessing we won’t know until December. November at the earliest I would think, but I could be wrong.</p>
<p>I hope so. The college to which I applied was also CLAS, but to the Linguistics Department. If it’s not until November/December, that’s not exactly the best. I’ll probably have needed to get a sublease by then.</p>
