So I have heard from the university that transfer students will hear back from the university by as early as May or late as June, with possible exceptions for extremely strong applicants.
I was a 4.0 student in high school, Salutatorian of my class, and a 4.0 student at my community college in MS. Even though I’m an out-of-state transfer with those odds against me (I’m familiar with the in-state 7% rule), I don’t think I’ll get rejected. But who knows, right? It could happen to anyone. And every other school I am applying to needs to know if I will be accepting their offers by MAY 1 (one of them is as early as APRIL 1). So am I the only one who thinks that the May or June decisions for transfers is completely insane?
