Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has a notion or idea of when transfer students with 30+ hours might be hearing back from the University. I've heard an estimate of April 10th or so, and I sure hope that is the case because this suspense is killing me...

I also wanted to ask your guys' thought on my residency. I went to HS in Texas, lived there since 2001, but went to Arkansas for my first two years of school. I never applied for residency for Arkansas and live at home in Dallas when I go back on breaks and summer, so is Austin considering me an Out Of State (took me 3 weeks to figure out what OOS meant) or a Texas Resident.

Haven’t heard anything either…sure hope we hear something soon!

Still waiting here…

Oh, and my guess is that you’re still a Texas resident under those conditions.

OP, I think that surely since you graduated from a texas high school and maintained your permanent residence in Texas, you should be considered a Texas resident.

Thanks for the replies everyone!
