Does every UC have their own dorms for transfers or is it mixed with other students?

I think it’s mixed? Not sure, but I’d like to know this as well.

I haven’t heard of any UC dorms/apts designated for transfers only. I did live in an Upper-Division/Transfer Apt at Cal last semester.

that’s the same question i have cause most of the juniors are not living in dorms unless they are transfering.

probably with freshmen and some sophomores

I know there’s a transfer housing community at UCI. Arroya Vista I think. I had a friend that lived there for a year when he first transferred there.

at ucb, the wada apartments in unit 2 are for upper division students only…you can also stay in channing/bowditch apartments too.

vrlobo88 is right on the money. I lived at Wada last year and I’m moving into Channing/Bowditch on Friday.

Although Wada is for all upper division students, it was almost all transfers last year, with the exception of only a few people

UCLA groups their transfer students together in the dorms

I’m living at a UCLA dorm. my roommate is a transfer student but my suite mates (I have a double shared bath) are sophomores.

UCSD has all of it’s juniors and seniors live off campus, but they are in the process of building transfer student dorms

I thought I read that a lot of transfer students stay at dykstra dorm if they chose a res hall that is.
