<p>Do classes reserve seats for transfer students?
Because, most of the classes I need are already full/wait-listed, and transfer students can't even register until August.</p>
<p>This has to be the case, right?</p>
<p>just fyi there isn’t a lot of seats that are reserved if any, the first couple of quarters suck for getting into classes.</p>
