Now I will have the credits to transfer as a junior after next year (3.7+ gpa) to multiple schools and I will be retaking the ACT (32 right now). I dual enrolled some classes in high school(class of 2011) and am taking some classes over the summer so I will be a one year transfer. What can I do to strengthen my application over the year at a university(commuting) that will benefit my application the most? I was active in community service and will remain so during college and my extracurriculars were decent through high school. I am looking for something to stand out a bit more than the average transfer application at top schools.

My high school gpa was a 2.87, 3.54 senior year with a current 3.75 college gpa. I have a 1450/1600 SAT and a 32 ACT.
