<p>Even if the school meets need for incoming frosh, it doesn’t mean that it meets need for transfer students. Many only meet need for frosh.</p>
<p>Contact the school. Regarding the loans…your loan stuff was processed for your state school…now it has to be processed for this other school.</p>
<p>However, before you cut ties with your current school, make sure you an afford to go to this other school.</p>
