<p>Most of it is offered by the colleges/universities themselves. You really do have to check the websites of the institutions on your transfer-to list. There are some big scholarships for students who transfer with AA or AS degrees from a community college. If that is your situation, pop by the transfer office at your campus and find out what might be available.</p>
