transfer for spring 2010

I'm applying to Rutgers for Spring 2010. I plan to major in Linguistics and minor in Japanese. I go to Bergen Community College and have completed 23 credits so far. I also have some AP credits, but I just decided to wait until I transfer to get those credits. My gpa is 3.52.
My gpa in high school wasn't too high(3.7 gpa unweighted). I took some AP classes too. but I was very involved in school (Junior class President, Sophomore class Vice-President, Vice-President of Spanish Honor Society, Varsity Baseball, Peer Leadership, National Honor Society).
I've also held steady jobs ever since I was a freshman in highschool and now I hold a management position at my local Gamestop. I also taught myself Japanese throughout highschool and placed at the intermediate level upon entering my freshman year at bcc.

I know I've said a lot but I'm just really curious as to what my chances are to get in. Any suggestions?

what is your sat score?class rank?that counts a lot

I don’t remember my exact class rank but I was in the top 25% out of about 170 students. My sat score was 1610 all together and math and critical reading score was 1110. Because I have over 12 credits completed i don’t have to submit my sat scores
