I've been contemplating a transfer to JHU as I was recently recommended to apply by someone on these forums. The biggest thing is, I think, that I have no SATs or SAT IIs; just my plain old high school GPA and college GPA.

My high school GPA is 91%, or a 4.0 by Canadian standards. My college GPA at the University of British Columbia is 3.8 currently.

Do I stand a chance?

Wow we live so close to one another....UBC...small world

I guess you will need to write the SATs to be able to apply for a transfer. But I'm not exactly sure about this.

Standardized tests are optional for transfer applicants.

Please see this web site for full details about applying to JHU as a transfer student: http://apply.jhu.edu/faqs/transfer.html

I don't think I will take the SATs. Unfortunately, I have no time to seeing that midterms are so close by.

Do I have a shot with just my GPA/resume/personal statement, etc.?

Please?? Bump bump.
