I was wondering if anyone has done this. I have heard that it has been extremely hard transferring to Engineering, but I was wondering if it can be done and get a spot.
There are new rules that go in effect Spring 2018, so time will tell how that effect the process. Can it be done? yes. IF all the requirements are met, IF there is space available, and IF they select you for one of the spots when they review your application against others. Only you can decide if you have tolerance for the risk involved and would be happy with your back up plan of BIT if unable to transfer.
