Transfer from Boston College?

Hello, I am a prospective student at boston college, thinking of majoring in finance and bio

Since my parents wanted schools with better ranks, i am thinking of trying to transfer to ivy league schools.

I know that this is not a good idea, and it is better to love and stay at Boston College. But, I want to aim at the schools with top ranking, and i want to meet my parents' expectation.

The schools that I am thinking of applying are Dartmouth, Brown, Yale, and UPenn.

I have applied to Dartmouth Brown and Yale. Deferred from Yale at first and then rejected, and rejection from Dartmouth and Brown. I did not apply to UPenn. I want to major in pre-vet program if i am to transfer.

I am a Korean and had no green card when I applied, but now I have a greencard. That is one difference.

I have good ECs and my highschool gpa has been 3.8~4.0 unweighted. SAT1 is 2270.
SAT2 Bio 730, Math2C 790, Chem 750.

What other schools should I look for? and if i am to transfer, what should I start planning and preparing?

I think those stats match up with Dartmouth, they usually look for ECs (their average accepted gpa: 3.88); as for the others UPenn: 50/50 chance (again ECs) and Brown: no chance, they have very high standards and accept less than 10% of applicants–same with Yale

What should I start doing and planning? and what other schools should i possibly look for?
