Hello.

I recently got accepted to Boston University via January admission and now about to leave next month. What I plan to do is attend Boston University for 1.5 years (basically 3 semesters) then transfer to duke. Duke was my first choice but didn't apply due to my low SAT score (1170). I finally took it in December and got a 1260, but after I already graduated from HS :(

1) Is it recommended that I take the SAT again? I took it this December and got a 1260. That good enough? (I took it 5 times, went from 1000's to 1100's to finally 1200's). My High school GPA is 3.6 with extracurricular activities (BTW do HS extracricular activities count for transfer applicants?).

2) Does the college/university you go to affect the chances of getting admitted to an aspiring university/college you hope for? Is Boston University respected?

Please help me, or I will bump this thread like there is no tommorow.
