Transfer from CC to UVA as a second year

I went to an international American high school and graduated in 2014. I then took a gap year to intern with US commerce in China for a semester, and then for the other semester I enrolled in a Chinese university to learn the language. I started at NVCC this past summer (2015) and am about to start my third semester.

GPA: 3.92

This upcoming semester I am taking 5 classes and applying for the Fall of 2016.
I am following the Agreement in regards to Section II but am not looking to get my associates. Beyond that, I am taking the easy Chinese classes because I was told that there was no testing at my school for the language meaning I had to start from the beginning. Once I have completed this next semester I will only have three required classes left, and depending on if I don’t get it, then maybe talking to someone there and seeing on if I can make an acceptance contingent on how I do with the last three classes. However, I was in contact with one of the Deans and was told that I could go in as a second semester second year, due to having more credits than a first year but not enough to be considered a third year.
I am not active in any extra curricular activities, but may get a membership for PTK and become active in that this next semester. I am a first generation Indian and would be considered instate. Please let me know what you guys think! Thank you and happy holidays!
