Is it possible for me to transfer from Community College to a UC school in one year as a Chemical Engineering major? The community college in my city is part of the TAP, and they accept APs for the IGETC, that and by the end of my senior year I will have done 8 AP tests, and I feel confident that I can pass the last three because I'm going to study my butt off. I've passed 5 so far.

AP Euro: 5
AP Chem: 4
AP Physics: 4
AP Psych: 5
AP Lang&Comp: 5
AP Calc B/C: I can probably manage a 3/4
AP Environmental Science:?
AP Econ:?

I took History 111 at the community college when I was a sophomore in high school, and I took Dance 100, and Poli Sci 150.

I read somewhere that if you try to transfer in one year, the uni will look at high school scores? I'm in the top five of my graduating class of about 600; I could probably get in one of the UCs for fall 2011, but because of personal family problems I can only do community college right now.

Thanks guys :)
