Is it possible to enroll in the extension school for one year and then apply as a transfer student to Harvard College?

Possible? Yes… Practically? No. You probably have a greater chance of getting struck by a falling meteor.

If your plan is to turn down another 4-year institution to instead enroll in Harvard Extension in the vain hope of transferring, this is a VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY bad idea. DON’T do it.
