Transfer From France

Hello,
I'm a french student at Skema Business School at Sophia Antipolis,France. I'm doing a bachelor in finance and i would like to transfer to a american university for my 3rd year. My GPA is around 3.0, currently 3.02. I validated courses like Composition & Rhetoric,Accounting, statistics, applied, micro & macro economics and others courses.

With my school i can transfer to many us university but NYU is not a partner university so i need to search by myself informations.

My first question : NYU has a bachelor in Finance ?
Secondly, my grades are ok for an admission ?

Thanks a lot.

NB : I would transfer in fall 2011

Contact NYU directly with these questions - you’ll get much more factual responses than here. Also, be sure to discuss with them the costs. As an international student you will not be eligible for much (if any) aid – plus it’s extremely expensive it is to live in Manhattan.

i think nyu is the second most expensive university in the US ? 56k USD per academic year iirc

thank you but in fact i contacted first nyu via the website but i received this message :

Thank you for contacting the Support Team.

The school forms located in the school forms section should be submitted to the colleges. The transcript will be included with the form.

Again, thank you for contacting us; please do so again if you need additional assistance.

Regards,
The Support Team

I dont understand what is school forms ? and what i need to do.

Thanks

The price is 36000dollars per year i think, but in euros it is 25000, so it’s fine for me.

wrong, its 56.5k per year at stern business school. i’m guessing you’re going to be doing the same major ?

that figure’s just an estimate, can be higher or lower. but in general, tuition increases by 3-5% every year.

ok. For an admission i need to submit at common application ?
