So I’m going to be applying to transfer to UT to transfer for LSU for petroleum engineering, my first semster I got a 4.0 and calc was a 5.0 hour credit taking calc, chem, english, and geology, 14 hrs and now I’m taking 15 hrs with physics, chem, chem lab, intro Pete, and calc 2, I doubt I’ll get a 4.0 again but I want to know what’s the chances of me getting into Ut pete engineering and if I dont get into the engineering college will they accept me into the university under something else? I’m kinda scared, I’m also getting a letter of rec from a professor at UT and also think I have some what sorta strong essays.
Oh, wow.
I’m here at LSU as well I know this response is kinda late but did you end up transferring. I’m Engineering major as well looking at UT or Georgia Tech both are competitive.
