<p>yes, berkeley admits transfers from oos. yes, it is possible to be admitted to haas. no, it is not likely you'll be admitted to haas. last year they accepted 88 transfers and they had over 1,000 apply.</p>

<p>on the Berkeley website, i saw this "University of California accepted college credits" that one must to complete to be qualified for transfer...it's really confusing for me to even read it on the site too =x</p>
