Transfer from RPI to SUNY Binghamton

<p>Im currently a freshmen at RPI. I like the school but I feel like I want a more "college" like experience. During the application process I was waitlisted at Binghamton and decided to remove myself from the list when I was accepted to RPI. What are my chances of being accepted to Binghamton if I transfer from RPI?</p>
