I am a sophomore Biomedical Engineering student at Rutgers SOE and since I am planning to go through the med school route, I was thinking of changing my major to something a little less intensive because engineering is honestly too time-consuming and everyone that I have talked to in their experience have suggested that I switch quickly because an engineering gpa is more likely to be lower than someone with a science major, which can hurt my chances at getting into med school.

I just wanted to know if anyone has been through this process and knows if SEBS will accept my General Chemistry for Engineers and Analytical Physics I courses in place of their general chemistry and general physics requirements?
Also, if i've taken Physics IIa over the summer at a community college as well as Chem Lab I at the same CC, would they accept those transfer credits??
HELP!
