Transfer from second bachelor's degree

I’m 19 years old and I’m in the second year of a languages degree. I would like to change career paths to math, even though I had no math or chemistry or physics in high school. For that I’m going to do the exams in my country, Portugal, so I can attend an engineering degree here in Lisbon once I graduate from my current degree. My question is, is it possible to apply for a university in the US that allows a second bachelor’s degree in engineering such as NYU or UIC (University of Illionis at Chicago) for the winter semester while already attending the second bachelor’s in Portugal?

You could transfer to the US now and complete a math major.

If you finish your undergraduate degree in languages in Portugal, then start a second undergraduate degree in math there, it probably makes best sense for you to complete that second undergraduate degree in Portugal, and apply for postgraduate studies in the US.
