Transfer from State University to Ivy?

Right now I'm going to be a freshman at Florida State.
Before giving you my info I just want to explain that my 1st years GPA was really low because I came from a german school which had a different type of system and my HS never gave me weighting for that year what so ever. It was sort of a pass/fail system that depended on your final exam scores to let you move on. If I had graduated from that school I would have been able to move anywhere in the world to study (sort of like IB) and gotten credit for 2 years of US college.

My main language is German. I know thats no excuse for colleges that my sat score and ACT scores are only mediocre.
Here it is:
GPA: 3.8
(Frsh:2.7, Soph:3.86, Jun:4.1, Sen: 4.5)-these are only estimated
SAT: 1170
ACT:26

Im not proud of my Test scores but I guess im stuck with them.

What are my chances of Transferring into an Ivy or a school like Northwestern or NY if keep a college 4.0. My major is biochem engineering so all my classes are very rigorous (not cooking or sewing classes). I would plan on tranferring in my junior year so I'd have 2 years+ gradschool. Is this possible? and if so wha are my chances of getting in as a transfer?

…anyone?

The colleges you mention will still require SAT scores. Some will allow you to retake once you’ve begun college, others won’t. You can also try the ACT. These scores should be in line with the average score of admtted freshmen.

If you can get the scores and a high college GPA, you should be able to transfer to many good schools–ivies are tough–but there are lots of great colleges. A few good private schools, lik USC don’t require scores from transfers nor do many state colleges.

So what your saying is my SAT/ACT are still screwing me over and that even if I retake them my chances of getting into an ivy are very very very low? What about cornell or brown? Not that they arent as good but I heared they have a higher transfer acceptance rate
