Hey guys,

As the title of the thread indicates, I am a Swarthmore student that is deeply unhappy with his current situation. I am now a freshman and, presuming I cannot find happiness here in the next year or so, am looking to transfer after next year. Some of my prospects are Columbia, Pomona, Harvard, Dartmouth, and UPenn (I'm aware that most are long shots). By the time of my application I imagine my cumulative GPA will be around 3.7-3.8. My extracurriculars include extensive community service, an investment banking internship (I am a prospective economics major), and varsity baseball. What do you guys suggest to make me stand out from the hoards of other applicants? I realize that transferring into any of these schools is almost impossible, but I am dead set on trying nonetheless. Any advice/chance evaluations would be appreciated. Thanks!
