So I was one of those who got accepted to UCLA and rejected from UCB...

I'm gonna attend UCLA and major in Electrical Engineering as an international student And I want to take the courses which would maximize my chances of transferring to UCB for EECS. I know how competitive that major is over there. So I want to know exactly what I should be doing once I'm at UCLA.

Plus, I read at their website that individuals with excessive course units may not be allowed to transfer to UCB at certain schools.I want to know if that applies to the EECS school at Berkeley. I'm planning to take extra courses in Mechanical engineering and possibly Math too. I might take Mechanical engineering as minor if possible. So will taking these extra courses prevent me to transfer to UCB? Also will I be able to continue my minor in Mechanical Engineering once I'm there?

Thanks!
