I'm currently majoring in Biomedical Engineering at WashU and thinking about transferring to Upenn. Can anyone tell me about what I'm up against if I choose to do so and is it really worth it?

thanks.

Me and two thousand others. Hahaha, what are your stats?

sigh I guess it’s a waste of time. Although I have a rigorous course load this year, my GPA, as of last semester, was only a 3.37…

I haven’t retaken the SAT, but I got a 2130/1400 from high school.

Unless you have some really impressive ECs, you don’t have a good chance with a 3.37.

figures…well I don’t really have many ECs due to me intensive course load. The only thing really impressive is my work study job at WashU Med school…

WashU is a great school. Stay for one more year and try to raise your GPA if you still want to consider for transferring. however, don’t expect that you will be accepted even if you have a 3.9

alright, but if I do decide to transfer, do you think I’d have to retake the SAT?
