<p>I applied to Grinnell and was reject and I would really like to attend so I am planning on transferring after either one or two semesters.
High School- I had about a 3.6 weighted gpa
and SATS 1460/1600 and 2100/2400 with sat IIs all in the lower 700s.</p>
<p>If I get all As during my first semester (and I also plan to take 3 courses at my local college this summer and get all As) do you think I stand a chance of transferring. </p>
<p>Also, does it matter where I transfer from? Would I be more likely to get in from one of these certain schools?
-Umass (home state)
-Hawaii Pacific University
-University of Hawaii( either Manoa or Hilo)</p>
<p>Thanks for any help! I am just worried that the schools in Hawaii may not be as good as Umass and might make a difference in my chances of acceptance.</p>
