I'm a new user, so I'm hoping I've put this post in the correct area. If not, I apologize.

I'm currently a Sophomore at Yale, and I'm hoping to transfer out for my Junior year. I have given a lot of thought to transferring, and have decided it's definitely something I want to do. I'm interested in transferring to either Tufts, Wesleyan, BC, Haverford, Brandeis, or Swarthmore. However, I don't have the college GPA to make myself competitive in this process-- I'm currently carrying about a 3.15. Could people help me to determine whether these schools are a possibility for transfer or not? Does anyone know of recent success stories at these schools, who had similar stats?

Here are some of my other stats:
HS GPA- 3.98 (unweighted)
SAT- 2250 (800 CR, 760 WR, 690 M)
AP Scholar with Distinction (4,5,5,5,5)
Multiple awards from HS faculty
Eagle Scout
2 time National Champion (crew), along with leadership positions
Extensive community service

At Yale, I also won a Richard U. Light Fellowship for studying Chinese in Beijing over last summer. I am planning, in the applications, to play up my interest in Political Science, as well as my interest and success in East Asian studies. What can I do to make myself more competitive? Thanks so much!
