How is transfer GPA calculated?
I completed 28 units at a community college while I was still enrolled in high school.

Some of these were used toward high school graduation, some were not.

I was enrolled in 16 units at my university as a freshman, but withdrew from one class, putting me at 12 units. I have three classes where I will receive a letter grade (4units+4units+2units).

Let's guess that I have somewhere around a 3.0 at the end of this semester. That would give me a little above a 3.7 cumulative college GPA if everything is lumped together.

Is this how colleges will view my GPA if/when I apply for transfer? Kind of a big deal as a 3.7 vs. a 3.0 leaves very different transfer options available to me.
