<p>Looking to transfer to UMD CP for this upcoming Spring or Fall, going to apply for both. I have a great resume and have done 2 years of college already at 2 different schools. GPA is app. between 2.8-3.0 haven't calculated exactly. I was wondering what my odds of getting into Maryland as a transfer with those statistics would be?</p>
<p>Are you a MD resident? If so, you’ll probably have a good chance, though they may question why you’ve already been at 2 different schools…you’ll probably want to address why you are “sure” that UMD is the place for you.</p>
<p>I am unfortunately not an MD resident. I have stated the reason for change of schools in my personal statement which I have yet to submit and why UMD is the school for me. Any other tips for me!? I appreciate everyone’s responses.</p>
