Transfer HElp

Greetings.
Folly from the MIT board, recommended me to sign up for collegeconfidential.com. I am another Amreican Studying at METU (Middle east technical University at Turkey) Electrical Engineering Department. In turkey you apply to the department's of schools for admission. And METU EE is one of the most selective schools in Turkey. In fact, if you consider the number admitted students, it is THE most selective school. Last year 7students went to Stanford, 1 student went to MIT, and several others to schools like Georgia Tech etc. for graduate studies.

I am a 2nd year at METU. My GPA is 3.8. By the end of this year, i will have taken the following lessons.(ergo, are the lessons stanford will see)

I build websites for 30$ here.(have done 4 so far, but hey, not bad for a beginner)
My high school GPA is 5.0/5.0, ranked 7th of 300 (no multiple ranks, like 5 valedictorians, one for each, and all of us had the same GPA, so they went down to the exam grades for ranking, i mean, each and every exam. I missed placing first with 37 points-which means if i had received 100 instead of 63 in only 1 exam, i would have been the valedictorian,my high school was also really selective, cutoff admission, %.02 are admitted out of 750000 on average-150students)

anyway, i play the piano (for 11 years), i play basketball, write fun programs, swim, program chips (PIC Microcontrollers for fun-16F84,877,628),tinker with my computer, and electronic equipment, and i LOVE mathematics.I took the foregin students exam a year before folly, and last year i was the first in nation.

NOW, to the question.
I have learned that Stanford admitted 100 students out of 1365 applicants last year -transfer admission-
I am going to apply next year, and i fulfill al conditions necessary.

What do you think i might do to stand out? Do any of you have a link to the profiles of stanford transfer admits?

by the way i have 5 aps (sciences and maths) one is 3 rest is all 5. My dad works for the air force (retired enlisted after 28 years).

Any way, ANY HELP,ANY COMMENTS will be appreciated.

by the way second option is Berkeley, Georgia Tech and UIUC. Maybe MIT, but i am not interested in TECH as folly. A previous graduate of our school told me that its hell there. I like living.(going out with friends, dating and stuff :) )

oh sorry, sats are
800,720,700 (M,Cr,Writing) (hey, i lived in Turkey all my life, went to Turkish schools)
800,800,800,800,780,730 (Math1second try,math2,chem,physics,molecular bio,math1firsttry-no calc))
anyway.
write :)?

You have an impressive resume. Go ahead and apply. You never know. I'm applying to Stanford as well. The only thing that I need to do is study for my SAT I exam.

Good luck with Stanford! You should have no problems getting in!

bump,any more comments?

Excellent chances...Certainly better than mine! =]
