My top two schools are the University of Georgia and Clemson University. However, I feel as if they are a bit of a stretch for me being that I am an out of state transfer student. What do schools typically look at in regards to an out of state transfer student with 30+ hours of collegiate work? At Georgia I would be a Graphic Design major and at Clemson I would be a Graphic Communications major. If I get a 3.5+ for this academic year (I am currently a Sophomore in college), stay active in clubs (I am in Best Buddies) do you think I will have a problem being admitted? Last year, my GPA was a 3.059 so I am worried about my GPA being too low to be considered for admission at UGA and Clemson. Also, since I have more than 30 credit hours, will admissions need to see my high school transcripts? These two schools are my dream schools and I am tired of being at a university where I am unhappy! If anyone has any tips to ensure that I have a good chance at being admitted to either of these schools that would be great! I will take all the help that I can get! Thank you!
